Update: Cookbooks
I forgot to mention that over Christmas, I received two new Chinese cookbooks. Heritage is actually a book my mother uses for reference in her own cooking. One of the cool things about it is that it includes history and art. Revolutionary Chinese Cookbook is another Fuchsia Dunlop book — one which I’ve been looking forward to cooking from for awhile.
